Формирование экипажей в гребле академической: современный опыт зарубежных стран

Одним из перспективных и важных направлений отбора в гребле академической является формирование команды и экипажа. Показано, что отбор в командных дисциплинах этого вида спорта имеет свои особенности. Анализ зарубежного опыта свидетельствует о различных вариантах отбора и комплектования экипажей в гребле академической. Определено, что система отбора и комплектования экипажей в каждой стране имеет, с одной стороны, общие стороны, а с другой - специфические национальные особенности. Определены подходы к комплектованию экипажей, используемые зарубежными странами, выделены основные критерии отбора гребцов, которые являются наиболее информативными и значимыми. Рассмотрен зарубежный и отечественный опыт формирования экипажей. Предложен новый алгоритм отбора гребцов для формирования экипажей. Представлены ключевые моменты в формировании команды, характерные для гребли академической.Библиографические ссылки
