Основания для различий в методике тренировки мужчин и женщин

Аннотация

В обзорно-аналитической статье представлены материалы, отражающие необходимость серьезных различий в методике спортивной тренировки мужчин и женщин, что, к сожалению, игнорируется спортивной практикой и не находит должного отражения в подавляющем большинстве трудов в области теории и методики спортивной тренировки. Эти различия можно отнести к следующим основным составляющим: телосложение, силовые качества и гибкость; системы энергообеспечения; особенности психики и поведенческие реакции; менструальный цикл; женская спортивная триада; гиперандрогения; беременность и роды; возрастная предрасположенность к спортивным достижениям. Явно недостаточный учет особенностей женского организма в спортивной практике не только не позволяет в должной мере использовать природные задатки спортсменок для достижения максимально доступных спортивных результатов, но и может с высокой вероятностью нарушить закономерности возрастного развития, привести спортсменок к серьезным проблемам со здоровьем.
