Теоретические и практические аспекты реализации биомеханических принципов организации перемещающих движений в спорте

В статье проанализированы и обобщены теоретические данные о реализации биомеханических принципов организации перемещающих движений в спорте c целью их практического использования в повседневной тренерской практике. Биомеханические принципы - общие условия организации координационной структуры движений - базируются на закономерностях физики и биологии. В качестве практических примеров приведены фрагменты реализации бросковых и ударных движений в спорте, поскольку они в своей основе содержат общий механизм разгона дистальных звеньев кинематической цепи и имеют практически идентичные особенности его функционирования. Предложенная информация дает возможность практическому тренеру глубже понимать сущность элементов техники перемещающих движений и всего действия в целом, что повысит качество технической подготовки спортсменов на всех этапах спортивного совершенствования.Библиографические ссылки
