Аннотация

В статье рассмотрены взаимосвязь и взаимодополняемость теории адаптации и теории спортивной подготовки, показаны возможности теории адаптации для развития системы знаний в области подготовки спортсменов. В статье проанализированы взаимосвязь и взаимодополняемость теории адаптации и теории спортивной подготовки, показаны возможности теории адаптации для развития системы знаний в области подготовки спортсменов. Описаны виды адаптации, рассмотрены вопросы адаптационных перестроек организма спортсменов в зависимости от величины и характера нагрузок. Показаны характерные для спорта многоступенчатость и вариативность реакций адаптации, значимость таких явлений, как переадаптация, деадаптация, реадаптация. Рассмотрена взаимосвязь реакций адаптации с формированием и развитием функциональных систем, характеристикой понятия «функциональная подготовленность».
