Аннотация

В статье проведен анализ современных публикаций, посвященных вопросам спортивной физиологии, работоспособности в плавании и питания, целью которого была разработка научно обоснованных рекомендаций для тренировки, позволяющих добиться максимальных результатов в плавании и свести к минимуму риск травм в результате перенапряжения. Представлены также рекомендации для проведения разминки и питания спортсмена в день соревнований. Подробно рассмотрены исследования, посвященные работоспособности, обмену веществ, питанию, технике гребка, сужению тренировочной нагрузки и травматизму. Такой междисциплинарный подход к подготовке в плавании, который оптимизирует каждый этап тренировочного и соревновательного процессов, является очень перспективным для повышения спортивных результатов многих пловцов.
