Модельные тренировочные задания как инструмент построения тренировочного процесса спортсменов командных игровых видов спорта

Аннотация

В статье обосновано построение тренировочного процесса спортсменов командных игровых видов спорта в годичном цикле подготовки на основе модельных тренировочных заданий. Разработаны модельные тренировочные задания, микро-и мезоциклы, периоды, годичный цикл подготовки квалифицированных волейболисток. Установлено соотношение средств подготовки и нагрузок различной направленности в периодах макроцикла. Внедрение модельных тренировочных заданий в тренировочный процесс командных игровых видов спорта позволяет рационально спланировать и оптимизировать подготовку спортсменов, а также реализовать принцип индивидуализации при подготовке целостной команды.
