Бронхиальная астма физического напряжения: проблемы профилактики и требования WADA

Аннотация

В статье показано, что бронхиальная астма физического напряжения, возникновение которой хотя и непосредственно связано профессиональной деятельностью спортсменов, имеет в своей основе нарушения морфологических, иммунных и биохимических механизмов, а также четкие диагностические критерии. Освещены современные педагогические, организационные и фармакологические методологии профилактики бронхоспазма, который и обусловливает тяжесть состояния спортсменов и невозможность дальнейших физических нагрузок. Проанализированы возможности использования различных лекарственных средств с учетом того, что многие из них относятся на сегодня к запрещенным Всемирным антидопинговым агентством препаратам.
