Совершенствование технической подготовки квалифицированных тяжелоатлетов путем варьирования величины отягощений

Аннотация

Достижение высоких спортивных результатов квалифицированных тяжелоатлетов зависит от реализации технико-тактических действий в толчке штанги, которые формируются под воздействием разных отягощений. Наиболее экономными двигательными действиями в толчке штанги отличаются спортсмены «средних» весовых категорий. Наибольшее количество технических ошибок у спортсменов «легких» и «средних» весовых категорий происходят из-за нарушений динамической структуры движения, а у тяжелоатлетов «тяжелых» весовых категорий - кинематической структуры движения. Программа совершенствования технической подготовленности квалифицированных тяжелоатлетов включала выполнение комплексов компенсаторних упражнений в разных зонах интенсивности, что способствовало повышению реализации технических действий спортсменов в толчке штанги.
