Допинг в олимпийском спорте: кризисные явления и пути их преодоления

Аннотация

В статье подвергнута анализу борьба МОК с допингом и деятельность Всемирного антидопингового агентства (WADA). Показано, что многолетняя деятельность этого Агентства, несмотря на постоянно возрастающие финансовые, кадровые и юридические возможности, интенсивную пропагандистскую деятельность, многократно возросший объем тестирования, жесточайшие санкции, поддержку авторитетных международных организаций (ООН, ЮНЕСКО, Совет Европы), не только не приблизила олимпийский спорт к решению проблемы, но и резко обострила ее. И дело здесь не столько в резко возросшей в последние годы конкуренции в спорте высших достижений, социально-политической и коммерческой притягательности успехов на Олимпийских играх, сколько в принципиально ошибочной методологии, положенной WADA в основу своей деятельности и основанной на пренебрежении достижениями биологической, медицинской и спортивной науки, реалиями современного спорта высших достижений и построенной на основе воззрений юристов, экономистов и «управленцев-универсалов». Подробно представлены итоги деятельности WADA, проявившиеся в многочисленных кризисных явлениях, далеко вышедших за рамки олимпийского спорта, обозначены перспективы выхода из развившегося тяжелого кризиса в этой сфере.
