Современные технологии формирования двигательных умений и навыков в процессе обучения сложнокоординационным спортивным упражнениям

Аннотация

В статье раскрыта актуальность научных исследований проблемы обучения двигательным действиям, исходя из прогресса развития трудности упражнений в видах спорта, сложных по координации. Исследован структурный состав спортивных упражнений, показаны роль и влияние полидисциплинарного содержания двигательных действий на оптимизацию обучения спортивным упражнениям. Полидисциплинарные компоненты и особенности формирования двигательных умений и навыков упражнений, подлежащих усвоению, строятся на знании, учете и использовании механизмов, управляющих иррадиацией, концентрацией и стабилизацией процессов возбуждения и торможения в центральной нервной системе. Современные технологии обучения двигательным действиям реализуются на основе биомеханических, психолого-педагогических параметров и индивидуальных показателей спортивной подготовленности занимающихся.
