Профессионализация и коммерциализация в олимпийском спорте (на материале тенниса и легкой атлетики)

В статье раскрыта история развития тенниса и легкой атлетики, роль руководящих организаций в условиях профессионализации и коммерциализации спорта, современная система соревнований, влияющая на подготовку спортсменов. Показаны призовые фонды наиболее престижных турниров и заработки отдельных выдающихся спортсменов. Подчеркнута роль спортивной элиты как мощного фактора развития спорта и повышения его доходов. Рассмотрены вопросы социальной защиты спортсменов, механизмы регулирования трудовых отношений и проблемы, с которыми сталкиваются спортсмены. Показано влияние специалистов различного профиля на подготовку спортсменов и участие в соревнованиях. Определены роль центров подготовки как мощного стимула развития спорта и создание конкурентной среды; изменения ценностных ориентаций спортсменов. Выделены перспективы развития спорта в новых социально-экономических условиях.Библиографические ссылки
